After studying the most successful people in the world across a wide variety of fields and industries, the two recurring see habits I have most commonly witnessed are 1) getting enough good deep sleep and 2) cultivating a regular meditation practice. Meditation is one of the most powerful and effective tools to reduce stress and improve the quality of your life. as you develop a practice you will learn to truly come into the present moment and let go of stressful and debilitating thoughts about the past or future. as human beings we are very often our worst enemy letting our minds race in worry and anxiety about things that will likely never happen anyway. spending even 5 to 10 minutes a day meditating well dramatically improve your life.
