2-4-14 Yariyamachi | Chuo-ku | Osaka, Japan
I had the pleasure of dining at Fujiya 1935 in August 2016, during my second trip to Japan and first to Osaka! The restaurant holds the coveted 3-Michelin Star rating and serves up…that’s right…Spanish cuisine! With a zen-like decor, over the top service and delicious food, this restaurant in Osaka, Japan will not disappoint. While Spanish influence comes across throughout the meal, it is very heavily Japanese as well. Make sure to secure a reservation in advance and let Chef Tetsuya Fujiwara work his wonders!
